EPCR Ticketing App – Action Required 

To allow us to transfer your match tickets smoothly ahead of travel, please ensure you have set up an account on the EPCR Ticketing App. 

  • If already installed, please ensure the app is updated to the latest version 

 

Confirm your details 

Once your account is set up, please complete the short form below by 11 May 2026 so we can send your tickets to the correct EPCR account. 

If we do not receive a response, tickets will be sent to the email address used at the time of booking (the same address we are using to contact you). 

 

Ticket access & sharing 

  • Tickets will be sent to the lead booker’s EPCR Ticketing App 

  • Each adult attendee must present their own ticket on their own device for stadium entry 

  • Tickets can be securely transferred to other members of your party using the app 

Ages 15 and under do not need their own device if entering with a parent or guardian, who may present both tickets on one phone. 

Once tickets are issued, you will receive an email notification. Tickets will appear in the Tickets tab of the app, and you can swipe to view multiple tickets and select “Transfer” to share them with your group. 

 

Matchday information 

  • QR codes will appear 12–48 hours before gates open 

  • Screenshots of tickets must not be used, as this may invalidate the ticket 

  • Please ensure your phone is fully charged on matchday 

If you or someone in your party cannot access the app due to not having a compatible smartphone, please contact our Customer Services Team to discuss alternative arrangements.

Travel itinerary 

Your travel itinerary will be emailed to you approximately 10 days before travel. Please note that travel documents are sent separately from match tickets and may arrive on a different date. 

 

Linked bookings 

If you are travelling with another party and wish for your bookings to be linked so you can sit together, please contact us no later than 11 May 2026. 

Email Customer Services with: 

  • Your booking reference 

  • The other party’s booking reference 

  • Confirmation that you wish to link bookings 

Please note: 

  • Only matching package components can be linked (e.g. same hotel and/or ticket category) 

  • Seat linking is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and timely request
